Welcome to my page!
Welcome to Pre-Kindergarten!
I am looking forward to a wonderful year with your child. I want our classroom to be a fun and safe place for your child. Pre-K should be a positive experience! In an effort to maintain the high quality of education that Hays CISD is committed to, the partnership between school and home is very important.
A little about me...
My name is Mrs. Natalie Nixon Wimberley. I was born and raised in Manchaca, TX (near Austin). I graduated in December of 1999 from Texas State (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a B.S. Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education (grades PK-6). I've spent 5 years teaching first grade, and 11 years teaching PreK. This is my sixth year here at Buda Elementary. I am so excited to be starting my seventeenth year of teaching!
My husband and I live in Kyle, with our son Cooper (13 yrs old) and Paisley (newborn). :)
I love to spend time watching my son play baseball. When I'm not teaching, I like to exercise, work on the internet, attend and volunteer at church, and hang out with my family. My favorite treats are gift cards for restaurants and massages, and willow tree figurines. :-)
I'm ready for a great year! Your children are in capable, loving hands!
